1. What brought you to UMKC? Bo Overton, our head coach. I have always wanted to play for him, so he was a big factor. And then just the community of UMKC; it has always been a prestigious university, so I was really happy to have the opportunity to come here.

2. What is your favorite TV show? "Saved By the Bell"

3. What do you want to do with your degree? I want to be a first grade teacher. I would like to be on ESPN, but I'll probably just be a first grade teacher.

4. How did you start playing basketball? My dad always had me in the gym, so I started when I was [about] four. I was brought up in a really athletic family and so I have always been around sports.

5. What is your favorite food? Mexican steak, by my grandma; I like the way she makes it.

6. What do you like most about basketball? That you get to interact with different people everyday, and you learn to accomplish one thing through a team. When you win, not just one person wins like an individual sport. Everybody wins.

7. Where would you go if you could go anywhere in the world? Italy, because that is where my grandpa came from and I would like to meet the family that is back there.

8. What is your favorite thing about UMKC, other than basketball? The small classrooms and the way that the teachers really communicate with you. I am one of the students that needs extra help sometimes and they are always there to help you.

9. What do you do for fun? I go shopping, I love to shop and go to the movies. I just like to have a lot of fun.

10. Who has had the biggest impact on your life and why? My father. He has always taught me that work ethic is one of the top things in life and that you just always have to strive to be the best. I think that is why I don't settle. I am so grateful to have him as my father.
