Dec. 2

1:25 p.m. Harassment - Student reported an altercation with a suspect in the University Center. The suspect became angry and threatened the victim.

2:10 p.m. Information - A UMKC staff member reported to the Kansas City Police Department that he was robbed outside of his home. A UMKC key was taken.

3:50 p.m. Larceny - A student reported dropping her cell phone in Oak Street Residence Hall. The student stated she was notified her cell phone was used by an unknown party.

Dec. 3

12:58 a.m. Assist KCPD - UMKC police officers assisted KCPD at the Cherry Street parking garage in the apprehension of suspects who were involved in a police chase.

Dec. 5

No time Larceny - A student reported license plate renewal tabs were stolen from her vehicle, which was in the Twin Oaks underground parking area.

11:45 a.m. University Rules and Regulations Violation - Parking Operations notified officers of a computer-made fake parking permit on a vehicle parked in the lot south of the 51st St. Annex building. The suspect was contacted and stated he would purchase a real permit.

Dec. 6

8:27 a.m. Larceny - An officer responded to reports of locks being removed from doors at the Cherry Street Residence Hall.

4 p.m. Larceny - A UMKC staff member reported returning to her vehicle parked at 48th St. & Troost to find her license plate renewal tabs missing.

Dec. 7

11 a.m. Suspicious party - An unknown party stating he was from UMKC Information Technology (I.T.) gained access past the Swinney Recreation Center control desk, sat by the track with a laptop for 15 minutes, then left.

2:05 p.m. Hit & run vehicular accident - A student returned to find damage to his vehicle, which was in Cherry Street parking garage.

7:30 p.m. Information - A resident in Twin Oaks North reported she had no heat and could not reach management.

Dec. 8

1:45 p.m. Non-injury vehicular accident - In the Henry W. Bloch School of Business and Public Administration parking lot, a vehicle slid on the snow and struck another vehicle.
