Memorial Hall, in downtown Kansas City, Kan., hosted the Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) action Feb. 26.
Grindhouse MMA fight club set up the 12-fight night, packed with constant action.
The Grindhouse fighters went 11-1 during a night full of take-downs and teeth-rattling hits that kept the crowd energized all night.

Andrew “Pain Train” Swofford gained a victory by technical knockout (TKO), due to strikes, against Anthony Freddicks.
Kevin “The Roach” Fuller used a triangle choke to force Bryant Ashlock to tap out. The final fight in the set was a battle of obvious heavyweights where Brandon Jolly emerged victorious over Jose Ramos by unanimous decision.
After a 15-minute intermission, Paul “Lil Babalu” Kalinda defeated Jimmie Hayden with an armbar, ending the bout in 43 seconds.
Heavyweight Vaghan Moore TKO’d (strikes) his opponent Donell Bolton in just 13 seconds.
Darion Terry thrashed William Beddow in a more boxing-styled match, lasting 27 seconds until Beddow tapped out.
The last fight of the set saw Dustin Sullivan submit Leonard Dawson with an armbar.
After a second intermission, the final fights and the main event began.
Cody Pederson was the only member of Grindhouse to lose as he did by decision to Rakan Adwan.
Tony “Shark Bait” Guitierrez bested his opponent, Jon Hollis, via armbar.
