What do you think of students who cheat on tests?

"I try really hard in school to get good grades and it is irritating. If they get caught then they should get kicked out. Or maybe they can stay in school but they should put their picture on the UMKC Web site to let everyone know they cheat."

Paul Raddant Junior Political Science

"They need to fail them automatically. That is academic dishonesty. If he/she consistently cheats on tests then they need to be dismissed from school."

Abayomi Adejo Senior Mathematics and Statistics

"I think the punishment that they receive if they are caught is just. They are taking credit for someone else's work. You can't go through life like that."

Jaclyn Larson Senior Theatre and French

"They are just looking for the easy way out. They aren't going to gain anything from it. It will only catch up with you in the end."

Brittany Peerman Freshman Nursing

"I think that they should be heavily reprimanded. Those who cheat on tests never learn anything, they just cheat."

Donald Carter Freshman Spanish

"Obviously I don't like it. I don't think it is fair to everyone else, but it happens a lot."

Ramya Kollipara Freshman 1st Year Medicine
